Can I Return An Order?

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges of physical goods may be made once an order has been placed online.

What If My Product Arrives Damaged or Incorrect?

Any claims for misprinted/ damaged/ defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email hello@sarahnunnallyart.com. You may be asked to submit a digital photo of the damaged item(s) and the packaging it arrived in (for purposes of shipping insurance claims), along with your order number and a brief description of the damage to the item(s).

What If I Provide The Wrong Information When I Check Out?

If you provide inadequate shipping information that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed updated information with you.

What Is The Average Shipping Time?

Delivery times are estimated and might differ based on the amount of orders. You will see the final costs and delivery times in the order checkout. We do our best to deliver your items within 2-3 weeks from your order date.

Can I Send Orders To Multiple Addresses?

Orders cannot be divided and sent to multiple addresses. If you would like to have items sent to more than one location, please place separate orders.

Do You Offer Wholesale Pricing?

We do provide a wholesale option for retailers. This process occurs through an application and approval process and can take up to three months. Discounts are provided with orders that exceed $1000.
